Diana Golden and Mills Cup Final at Sunappe March 16th 2008

After nine races the Diana Golden and Mills Cup series has come to an end. The final race was held at Mt. Sunapee in New Hampshire on March 16th. MHS racer, Alex Tomaszewski won the male overall award, which includes a trip to Breckenridge, CO for Ski Spectacular in early December. Mikayla Briere from Loon won in the overall female category.

Adam Tomaszewski won the Mills Cup for the men, while Melissa Riely won for the women. The overall Diana Golden Team Cup was adwarded to the New England Handicapped Sports Association at Sunapee.

Head Coach Diane Barras says "It was a wonderful season, all of the athletes should be very proud. The improvements that everyone made in the course of the season were phenomenal."

Thank you to all the coaches, parents and athletes that made the 2008 race season a huge success.
